Problem Connecting with PSA Website
 

Hi, I know this is a bit off topic, but is anyone having a problem with connectivity with PSA today?

On my laptop I keep getting a message saying that my browser is being checked and then after waiting a while no connection is made. I have not changed my laptop or browser. I rebooted my laptop but that did not solve the problem. Never had this problem before or gotten the message I am getting.

I don't know if the problem is on my end, or on their end with maybe an overload on their side.

Same here, since this morning

Same here on my phone but did get through on my laptop earlier once. I had a similar issue last week for several hours.

Another weird thing is that the website still has a message saying they aren't sending any shipments out due to severe weather at the request of FedEx and UPS.

That seems very strange to begin with even for last week but certainly should no longer be the case.

Also if we pay hundreds of dollars and have to wait weeks/months...perhaps they have heard of something called USPS if others aren't accepting?

Yep, could be related to "big changes on march 1st" maybe it's that everything will be graded by then :)

I have been experiencing long waits too. My guess is that their servers might be getting slammed with heavy traffic.

Ok..I thought I was the only one

Sometimes I get through, sometimes I don't. A crapshoot...just like having a card graded.

Their Server is currently denying service to anyone. There is a site called "Is it down".... google it. It will save you some frustration in the future.

PS Some prices are increasing on March 1st. I'm sure the traffic got too heavy to try and lock in prices!

i got in maybe 2 hours ago to send in 1 card i've been holding for a while (had to use safari over chrome, that did the trick). guess it's good i did it before march 1 based on these responses.

What does this mean in layman's terms?

So they arent letting people in????

Has anyone contacted PSA to see what the issue is???

For those of you who've gotten in, once you're in and creating a submission, are you getting kicked out mid-submission? And is it agonizingly slow once in?

Like a lot of us, have a couple of bigger submissions to put in and don't want to get most of the way and get torpedoed.

That happened to me twice yesterday but it saved the submission where I had left off and was able to complete quickly when I got back in, but mine was a fairly small submission.

It has gotten really bad last night and this morning. Chrome doesn't work at all. And apparently I don't know how to tell the difference from a bicycle and a boat.

PSA uses CAPTCHA now

You know...click on the pictures of a bike...click on the pictures of a stop sign. It's the same system ticketmaster uses.

My guess is the PSA website has been under attack by groups of hackers since it started getting swamped a year ago.

Word is price increase come Monday and folks are trying to cram orders in...
