Help Identifying this Monte Irvin?
 

I have spent some time at Feebay, and do not see another of these. It is on thin paper stock like some of the stamp issues from the early 50s with a blank back. it does seem to have perforations on all 4 sides.

Maybe I'm being dense, but cannot find.
