Affordable Cobb?
 

Hi all - a couple months ago I bought a Sanella Babe Ruth from another member here and am very happy to have a nice-looking Ruth in my collection at a reasonable price.

Is there a roughly equivalent Cobb card, something from his playing days that can be had for, say, under $750 in a PSA 2? I was thinking about the T201, but display-wise it's more of a Sam Crawford card.

Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks!

You can get either of the two B18 variations for a relatively inexpensive price.

There is a b18 felt on ebay for I think $250.

Is the B18 really a "card"? Obviously that's why it's cheaper...I'm not sure it is, at least for me. Of course I'm sure many would disagree.

It's as much a card as it is a blanket.

Newspapers, magazines or sheet music

Depends on how big you are, I suppose.

Sheet music wouldn't check the box in my HOF card collection, but nonetheless seems like a cool idea because I'm a "weekend warrior" musician as another of my hobbies. Would be fun to combine the two in a collectible. Thanks!

I don't think your going to find a ty cobb you are happy with in that price range, maybe just buy more of the babe ruth card :)
