Heritage has a rare beauty Williams Goudey RC for auction in the spring.

Will be interesting to see the hammer price / this being the best example out there in the hobby.

Always been a favorite of mine.

I believe a PSA 1.5 sold on eBay back in July for $9k. It was in terrible condition. Based on the skyrocketing prices since then and the rarity of this card it will be interesting what the sale price will be.

19 on the psa pop report, and 11 on sgc...
Some of which reside on both... Beautiful and sensitive issue, it may finally get the attention it deserves.

I have one that was originally SGC and submitted it to PSA a few years ago. So there's one of the crossovers.

I also have one of the SGCs crossed over to PSA.

BTW, I believe this is the image of the card that sold on eBay last July for BO which I believe was $9k. This sale was a little before the recent surge in prices.

I don't know of any other sales of this card. Do any of you?

I traded one of these to a fellow board member in about 2018. It was in similar condition to the one shown above (missing a corner) but didn't have the black gunk on it. I don't remember what I got in return, but I now am pretty sure I got fleeced!

We all got fleeced on everything we sold before Summer 2020!!

lol yes just about every card I’ve sold the last 10 years / many I wish I had back

wow 9k for a 1.5 / this card reminds me of the 25 exhibit gehrig / if you look at vcp you see sales of a psa 4 for 5k and a sgc 1 later for 20k / collectors realized how rare they finally are
