Topps/Bowman Heritage Parallel/Subsets For Sale/Trade
 

Here's what I have, all shipping prices on each subset are 10.00 which the buyer will pay. The sets are in sheets. For more than two sets I combine shipping and charge an extra 2.00 per set for the shipping. I cannot ship anything outside the 48 states of the continental USA.

Many 1971 and 1972 Topps Baseball ( varying condition, but mostly VG, VG/EX, and EX, send list)

I also have 3- 1987 Topps Jumbo packs. One has Bobby Bonds while the other has Canseco (slight split on the cellophane on the non-Canseco side); both players are at the bottom of the packs. I also have an 87 Topps Jumbo pack with Mattingly on top. I am asking $10 for the Bonds and $5 for the Mattingly, and $4 on the Canseco or purchase all three for $14 plus shipping.

Bump. These are nice sets, in sheets. Heritage sets were my personal collection until I rediscovered 1953 Bowman color and now 1971 Topps baseball.

Dear Jim,

In the original post I listed the subsets/parallel sets for all of the Heritage separately for sale. The eight that are part of what is considered part of a standard Master set were those that were included in the purchase price. If you are dissatisfied with what you received, I will accept a return on the set and refund your money.

The Heritage Master sets and the subsets are sold separately.

There is a debate of what constitutes a Master set. Usually, it's the 1- last card in the set. The insert sets that are accepted as part of the Master set are:

The Combo cards are sometimes considered to be part of a Master set, but when I bought my Master sets they were never included as they're usually issued with the high numbers.

The other inserts are considered to be extra sets as they change from year to year. They are modeled after the original insert sets, or they include a newer version of one of their additional sets that were never inserts, i.e. the Super cards for the 2019 and 2020 sets were patterned after the 1970 & 71 Super sets that were sold separately; I used to buy them as a kid and I still have my 1970 Clemente Super as a relic from my childhood.

Then starting with the 2011 set and continuing each year since 2015 are the Tribute sets: last year was Mays and this year will be Clemente.

Next are the various box toppers, some of which are 1 of 1's. There are collectors who would consider that as part of a Master set, but the likelihood of someone acquiring all of the box topper cards may be unlikely, but it gives that special collector a goal to achieve.

This list is getting long so I'll just mention the various Chrome set, variations, invented sets, errors, autographs... I think you have the idea.

All of these are usually sold separately from the standard Master set as their cost can be considerable depending on the difficulty and popularity of each set. I never went to that extreme with my sets as many of those extras held no appeal.

I'm glad that you're satisfied with the set, thank you. I'll change the wording in the post to indicate what comprises a Master set and why other subsets are being sold separately.

Bump. I'm still working on some upgrades on my 53 Bowman set as well as completing and upgrading my 71 Topps Baseball set. I would also like to start on the baseball coin insert set as I remember finding them in the packs back in 1971. Your purchases/trades help me very much with my collection. I also have a list of 53 Bowman baseball singles for sale/trade. Thank you.

Bump, the 2010 and 2011 Heritage sets were not produced in the same quantities as today's cards.

For the UD Play Ball sets, they include the red and black backs, #73 Matsui- both red and black backs, the reprint subset of the 1941 Play Ball cards, several wrappers, and the checklist that came in the pack.
