Can anyone ID these players and vouch for this COA?
 

Friend of a friend is asking if anyone knows the players behind Joe DiMaggio? Maybe someone has seen this photo before.

Additionally, can anyone vouche for the authenticator? Richard Simon (N.Y) I read his bio and stuff but not sure.

He's asking a value if he were to sell it, my guess (with JSA, PSA, Beckett) is about $100 but that's just based off some ebay searching.

Any help is appreciated.
