We met Tommy at Spring Training at Vero Beach in 2005 that is my son

Here is a Story about Tommy's Autograph He was in a golf cart and we were about 50 feet away from him, there were about 3 men around him with binders waiting to get his Autograph, Tommy said to them what the "F" why do you grown men want my Autograph for so they scattered. He saw Erik and called him over, Tommy signed the ball and talked to him for @ 5 mins and patted him on the head. A Class Act. This was a couple a days before my son had his picture taken with Tommy Lasorda

My wife and I saw him at Don & Charlies in AZ the last time we went to spring training. We had just gotten our food and he looked to be leaving the restaurant, so I didn't approach him. I regret that now.

It was always enjoyable watching his teams on the old Game of the Week, waiting for him to erupt when a call went against him.
