FS: Unique RPPC Erie PA Team Heading to the Park - Old Cars, Streetcar (SOLD)

The only item for sale here is the RPPC of the baseball team - the others are for the story.

The stamp box is partially covered, but the AZO stamp with 4 triangles pointing up dates from 1904-1918.

This is from Erie, Pennsylvania, and shows an apparent parade for the baseball team heading to the park, including a streetcar in the back.

There is another street view postcard (not included in this lot) that shows this exact same intersection - check the buildings on the left side - and a map (also not included) showing the intersection and trolley track.

Bryan, is that Boston Store on the map the same as on the back of the 1917 cards (Ruth year 2)? Regardless, I think this history is totally awesome. Good luck with the sale!

I can't say for sure about Boston Store, but I think it probably is the same chain.
