1966 Vancouver Mounties Ball.

Year identified by roster search. I'm not questioning the autos, since I obtained this ball myself at Capilano Stadium back then, details on how are foggy, I was only 14. Question is the ball itself. I have sold some previously that were marked "Official Pacific Coast League Ball, Comm. Dewey Soriano." This one is pre-printed "Vancouver Mounties" and that's all. So what is it? It feels lighter than the Official PCL ball. This was a long time before Marketing was the backbone of so many teams, and I don't recall them being sold at the Booster Booth where they did flog glossy pics, etc. Question I guess is, back then did they produce "practice balls" for teams? I'm wide open for suggestions, but that's the best I can come up with. Thanks, I know there's an expert out there somewhere who can probably even identify the stitching!

I can connect you with a couple of Western baseball collectors that should know, but in the interim, here is a similar ball that is hand-dated to 1961.

Cool ball

Looks like a Vancouver Mounties souvenir baseball not an official league ball. Therefore, the non proper detail.
