1940(I think) Tigers Team ball. Apparently played with after the fact.
Obvious auto's are: Schoolboy Rowe, Hank Greenberg, Tuck Stainback, Birdie Tebbetts, Floyd Giebell, Pinky Higgins, Tom Seats, Dick Bartell, Charlie Gehringer, Bruce Campbell, Rudy York, Merv Shea, Pete Fox, Red Kress, Buck Newsom, Hal Newhouser, Bing Miller, Dutch Meyers, Del Baker, Fred Hutchinson, Al Benton, Barney McCoskey, Earl Averill, Billy Sullivan, Tom Bridges, Johnny Gorsica and Paul "Dizzy" Trout and Frank Croucher. |
I agree with the 1940 date.
That was the last year with the Tigers for Fox, Kress and Hutchinson, and the first year for Bartell, Campbell, Stainback and Meyer. Steve |
