Help with 1999 Bowman
 

I have the attached copy of #323, A J Burnett, which is from the 1999 Bowman set. There is the word "Arkansas" printed just above his name. (The scan is poor and difficult to achieve a good copy of, sorry) Does anybody know what this issue is, standard, or some subset/parallel? I cannot find an example with the Arkansas printed on it.
