Plank photo - date?
 

Originally thought to be 1902-1908. Wondering if ya'll can help narrow the date range, thanks!

All I can really add is that it came from the Cleveland Plain Dealer at one point in time (their archive) and generally their action photographs like this were taken closer to the 1906-07 at the earliest. Most closer to 1910 so I would assume based on the source it was taken near the end of your range. Awesome photo.
