COMC just had one with a similar defect:

I would hesitate to call it a variation, it's a recurring print flaw error.

Both also have equivalent fisheyes on the neck as well.

Its enough of a variation for me. I just bought one on eBay.

Often when a variant card gets posted some see it as a variation and others as just a print defect, which are often recurring even if scarce. With no hobby arbitrator or definition of a variation it often does come down to “it’s enough of a variation for me”, which is the way I collect them too.
But it is also true that variations recognized by the hobby or making it into master checklist like PSA’s Registry increase in value while recurring print defects have a more limited market. How newly noticed variants get hobby recognition these days is a mystery to me |
Those are great examples of a fisheye that appears in an area that's mostly not intended to have any color printed. And a very thin bit of debris that moves, but stays in about the same place on the plate.
