Pennants for *trade* (and possibly sale)
 

Hi, so I only collect pennants. I display over 200 in a game room, have others in tubs that serve no purpose just sitting there. So I’ll be putting some up, preferably for trade for pennants of similar quality, rarity, and condition. I especially like Phillies and Phila A’s but generally collect all teams especially dated pennants and those from defunct teams. I could also sell outright but the price might reflect the fact that I’d much rather trade. (So I’d want enough money where I could buy something similar to it as replacement.)

First up here is a 1955 WS pennant in frame and an oversized Cubs pennant. 1955 WS is in very good condition, the forked tip is as it should be, light wear throughout but a strong pennant. The custom frame is fantastic. The Cubs pennant is in fair to decent condition, the tip is intact but a little worn (can see it more when held up to a light) and there is visible cracking in the bat and some in the logo. Maybe a bit of light fading. Tassels are intact, and the pennant comes in a custom made holder made out of 40 gauge clear vinyl. (It is not rigid but the vinyl is significant thicker than a typical soft sleeve holder.) The holder is a homemade job but it makes for easy display without a huge frame.

I can and will send you detailed pics (closeups) for anyone genuinely interested, as far as how trades would work, if you are a regular here I can send out first, or maybe we can request help from a middleman here (at my expense).

Both pennants are exceptional.
