measured on a scan, this card has a longer top edge than bottom edge.

Does this mean it is trimmed? Or miscut? Or is the scan off?

Not speaking about whether or not it is trimmed, but...the top angles down to the left and the bottom angles upward towards the left. However, the top white border is parallel with the yellow and the bottom white border is parallel with the red, so I would guess there is something hinky with the scan/picture and probably not the card itself. The back shot seems to show a proper parallelogram, which is good news. Ask the seller to send a quick shot of the card with his cellphone (or preferably a scan, where you know the card is sitting flat) to see if that allays your fears.

Looks okay to me. Card is too off-centered already to be improved much by trimming.

I don't like the right edge
 

Doesn't look right to me. I would ask the seller to send photos with a ruler across the top edge and another with a ruler across the bottom edge.

it was definitely the scan.

the Seller was very responsive and took some measured photos... the edges were definitely equal and the overall size was spot on.
