Anyone have an ID on this 1950s Mays Item?

Hey all - long time. Been going through some random Mays stuff recently and was wondering if anyone knows what this comes from? Had it catalogued originally as a 1950's Macgregor, but haven't seen another to compare it to. Any help/hints appreciated.
