How long do I have to wait before I can report non-payment? It's been a week, but when I enter the item number it says there's no auction matching that number.

I think it's 4 days.

You should be able to file it right from the item page, or the "Eligible for Unpaid Item Cases" section of your Ebay Seller Hub.

Are you saying the lot has disappeared completely from your history?

You can file after 2 days, then the buyer has 4 days to pay. After that, your fees are refunded and the buyer gets a strike.

Yes. There's a list of other things I sold with thumbnail pictures and all to select one I want to report, but it's everything I was paid for and not the one I wasn't paid for. Then when I enter the item number to search for it I get the same message saying that the item I entered doesn't exist. But it's still there when I go to my regular sold items page, with an option to wait for payment or relist it.

There's also an unresolved case for an item I paid for and never received from last October (yes, LAST October), but the only options seem to be close the case, reopen the case, or let them finish their pending investigation.

Are you using a desk top or the mobile app? I find the mobile app is useless for anything that needs a little deeper diving into.
