1975 Topps grading help please

5 Attachment(s)
I just bought a high grade 1975 Baseball set. This was made from vending about 30 and remained untouched until today. I did pay a bit high but I think it was worth it. Please help to grade the key cards below. All of the set have the same corners and centering. Any help is appreciated.
Thank you,
Robert

Yowza!!!! Those are some sweet cards. The Brett should grade extremely high, but that large elbow print mark could possibly knock it down or (maybe?) give it a PD qualifier. Not sure about that. The Ryan and Aaron have noticeable print marks, too. Not trying to be a Debbie Downer or anything, but it's just something to keep in mind when you embark on a grading journey. Good luck!!

I have a Brett RC that I thought was at least an 8 maybe better, but has the exact same fish eye on the elbow. Came back a 7. Of all your cards I like the Yount. Very hard to find centered.

The Yount, to me, presents the nicest. I'd see an 8.5 or a 9 as possible. The bottom edge on the Brett is a little rough, so maybe a 7-7.5. Aaron could be an 8 and the Ryan a 7 based on the print defects and centering (fisheye on Ryan looks kind of like a pinhole at first glance based on location). Carter might be an 8 as well based on T/B centering and some coloring issues. Really nice cards. Good luck. Did you measure them? I know in some years that vending were normally/sometimes cut short at the factory.

On the Brett card's right border (above the purple), there's a thin, curved, white line. Is that a bump or something? Is the edge slightly pushed up there or is it just a scanning anomaly?

I figured it was a print defect or a scratch.

that is printer anomaly.

Thanks for the responses everyone.

Very nice cards. '75 Topps is usually rife with print problems. PSA and SGC don't usually discount heavily for one errant fisheye, in my experience.
