What is worthpoint.com any dealings? thanks
|
Huh? It's a place to look up sold eBay (and a few other auction) prices from the last 15 years. Helps if you're looking for rare or oddball or thinly traded items. Search engine is not that great.
But if you are heavy into buying and selling, it's a worthwhile subscription service, similar to VCP but VCP is only for graded cards (AFAIK). Worthpoint has memorabilia, cards, boxes, whatever items were listed on eBay. |

Worthpoint
I regularly use Worthpoint. Agree the search function not great but the database is massive and the right search term often yields many items I was unaware existed or sold over last 10 plus years. I’ve also used to retrieve original listing details on some of my own purchases when I don’t have an item inventoried properly in my own collection. I regularly find details in old listings that made no sense to me way back when but are incredibly helpful to me now to identify manufacturers, related subjects, errors and variations, etc. Pricing data is helpful but my main takeaway is that I missed out on many bargains over the years.
