Hi Roy,
My vote is that this ball appears to be correct. Just curious, who is the league president on the ball?
Here is mine that was signed IP in the early-mid 1990's on a William White ball.

Not on a baseball but both "styles" for comparison.

I got this in person in (I think) 1999, but it was possibly 1997, I forget, and am too lazy to dig.
