PSA question? Turn around on express service
 

I know that the massive delays and turn around times have been discussed lots and I may have missed the express being discussed elsewhere.

But are the delays limited to bulk and regulsr submission or also affecting express and higher orders?

Do the 10 day ($75), 5 day ($200), and 1 day ($500) still take weeks to get logged in and have severe delays in turnaround?

They handle those the quickest. I was told that the most expensive subs get pushed to the front of the line. Sorta like a "fast pass" at Universal Studios. If you are willing to pay more, it gets treated better.

The express was on time for me as recently as last week. Just make sure to write express outside the box!

I just had a sub at the $75 level logged in within 48 hours and grades on day 6 or 7.
