Please help ID this hockey issue and card subjects

I think it is the 1972 Finnish Panda Toronto set, I think 118 in the set? No idea on value, if that is right.

They don't appear to be actual named players. The top half of the back is in Finnish, while the bottom half is in Swedish. It seems to translate as:
"You can stop the opponent by tackling him against the fence, but not from behind or forcefully." Steve |
Also, "Purukumi" and "tuggummi" are Finnish and Swedish for "chewing gum"
The words "jaakiekkokoulu" and "ishockeyskolan" are Finnish and Swedish for "ice hockey school". Steve |
