Off subject minor league presidents
 
Delete if necessary. Anyone know who the presidents of the Pacific coast league & the Northwest league in the 1980’s. Thanks joe

Bill Cutler was President of the Pacific Coast League from 1979-1997.

According to the Encyclopedia of Minor League Baseball (great resource for these sorts of questions), Jack Cain was president of the Northwest League from 1985 to 1990.
