Memorabilia on the Net54 B/S/T and Live Auctions
I have tried some cards before in the past on Net54, but how about memorabilia, other sports and non-sports. Would there be enough interest? Looking for another way to sell other then eBay until shows come around again for everything.
Still will do some eBay, will depend on item and just have stuff that needs to move low end and some high-end type items including cards and memorabilia. Would the time be worth it? or just focus on cards Thank you everyone! Jimmy |

I've bought a good deal of memorabilia on BST.
Yes, live auction part can be a crap shoot. Can be a lot of work and frankly more than ebay, as you don't get overbid reminders and need to keep checking back. Labor intensive might be the term. Lot of the stuff there is seemingly for the amusement of the person listing. Dollar interval stuff. |
I try to buy, but it seems Im always late when something I like is offered for sale.

I always check the Memorabilia.

Don't set expectations too high, and it's a great experience. There is a limited set of eyes on the memorabilia side, and it's not fair to compare it to eBay. But it's completely free, and a great way to sell/trade stuff you no longer need.
I have had only one person flake out/lie to me (twice), but every other transaction has been easy and pleasant. Only one bad apple among dozens of good people here. :) |

Thank you so much everyone, most of my time is spent at shows and other outdoor events. I have tried the B/S/T a few times and may need to use it more this summer until shows and events are back. I kind of had that feeling with the Net54 auctions - hit or miss and will use it for cards maybe. Need to start getting stuff out of storage - did take pictures of this today!
Net54 help is always appreciated! Jimmy |
