It's hard to use RARE & 1990 Topps KMart in the same sentence, but it's a FACT in this case!! When have you seen THIS packaging before??

I found these 43 ct. Hang Packs in ONE KMart 30 yrs ago, bought some & they have been stored away ever since! I am offering these to Net 54 members BEFORE I list on EBay--out of 70,000 1990 Topps EBay listings there are ABSOLUTELY NONE OF THESE TO BE SEEN!

Just MAYBE, the elusive FRANK THOMAS NNOF are in these packs?

These Hang Packs are very different, that's for sure! Throw in a bid!

Fred is from RI and from what I've heard the NNOF were almost exclusively found in the New England area.

The K-Mart stickers show 290 and I'm guessing that means February of '90. If so, that puts the packs close to the time frame.
