I bid on this twice and didn't met reserve. Seller contacted me about lower offer on ebay listing + adding card to trade

Although from PSA cert, the last auction sale from HA looks like to be same picture as he posted. however, did more digging i found this

So his original auction on ebay ends of 13th reserver not met at 89k ish
and contact me about 60k+around 30k worth of card

but the above auction ends on may 14, with 108k final price. It doesn't make sense at all. Very possible scam.
