Selling a card on ebay to someone with 0 feedback
I about to send a card to someone with zero feedback for a $1000 dollars.
buy insurance for sure? |
Insurance
Don't do it. 90% of my eBay problems come from eBay buyers with less than 10 feedbacks. If it was a $5 card I would take a chance, but $1000? No way.

i also looked up the buyer address and its a residence thats worth 600k.. however this id became a member of ebay the same day as the purchase.. he did pay already... if buy insurance doesnt that pay if the buyer says he didnt get it etc |
I agree. Don't do it. Especially since Ebay has a 6 month return policy.
your buyer may try to flip it, for example, it may go down in value and he will ask for a refund in January 2021. No joke. what is the card, if I may ask? |

Has he left feedback yet? If not I would ask him to. That would be good to get on the record if a problem arises later.

Jake- You should count yourself as lucky.
I agree with the others. I sure wouldn't repeat such and expect the same outcome. ...and Mark is correct in thinking you need to be sure to get feedback as 'insurance'. I normally leave positive feedback upon payment, but in this case, I would hope that you wait until you receive positive feedback. . |
