It does not exhibit any of the natural characteristics of Gehrig's signature. More specifically, I believe it to be one of the more common Gehrig forgery styles out there. Like this one https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/2UYAA...rM/s-l1600.jpg

It looks bad to me. You can see unnatural starts and stops in the transitions between letters, along with wobbles in the lines.
