Whats the deal with psa?
 

Dropped a card off in early january at a show, and i havent got it back yet. Ive tried their support number three times in the last three weeks and got a disconnect. What gives? Its been over 4 months now, is this reasonable?

Was it a signed card? Been 6 full months, or 100 biz days, even on Express orders.
