Did we not know about all this a couple of years ago, or is this the official one and the others were just speculation and hearsay?

The article says a final report is going to be released shortly. So I doubt there is going to be a lot of new information, but some investigator will sign off on the official findings.

Idiot

Perfectly stupid way to die, when he had family and so much to live for. Doing drugs and flying airplanes is a recipe for disaster. What could possibly go wrong? The best thing about this episode is that he didn't take any innocents with him.

So sad. Feel bad for his family and kids. Addiction sucks.
