Very cool item, has some condition issues. 2sides front and back with a total of 8 questions. Responses were presumably typed by mize as they go into some detail.

Cool content includes:
1-how he got his nickname
2-effects of ww2 on his career
3-relation to babe ruth
4-his childhood idol ty cobb

Comes with original mailing envelope dated 1971
