If you can find why this card graded a 3.5, then my hat's off to you. I have looked at this card under a lighted mag and cannot see any creases or wrinkles. The spotting on the bill of his cap is NOT paper loss. Under a loop, you can still see the black ink dot pattern inside those spots. Thanks for looking.

Some background on the card for what it's worth. I bought this card in 2016. The seller told me at that time he bought the card in an estate sale in Ohio and had the card graded and it came back a 3. He was confident that he was the second owner, therefore making me the third owner. I had the card reviewed and PSA bumped it a .5 grade. Still a head scratcher to me, but something we have all seen before.
