What are your thoughts on this DiMaggio ball.

I think it’s a better forgery. Others might come in though.

I actually think it's a horrible, easy to spot forgery....:) or I just don't like it...One of the 2

Well, you’re the smartest person on the board so keep up the good work.

This DiMaggio appears to be from the same batch of balls that the Ted Williams that I commented on is from. I do not claim to be an expert on the Big 3. Williams is the one I can best spot, but his signature is a tad different on balls than flats (flats with Williams I have a little trouble with, but I am fairly confident in baseballs). With DiMaggio, I usually look at the letter a in DiMaggio. There is a very distinct way that later in life authentic DiMaggio baseballs have the letter a, and I am not seeing that on this baseball.

Certainly not the smartest, but probably #1 on this board for "telling it like it IS". :o
