I have to laugh at this one. Just by looking at the back it clearly says 1993.

that's one of those mini repros issued in the early 90's in cj boxes...I have dozens of them!!!!

It is an original 1915 Cracker Jack card, because some were printed with a 1993 copyright so as to protect their legal rights 78 years in the future.
