Joey Votto RC Auto
 

I'm considering buying a Joey Votto RC Auto and I was wondering what peoples' thoughts are. I'm leaning towards 2004 because I'm not quite fond of sticker autos...but 2004 isn't really an Auto RC.

The options are:
2004 Bowman Signs of the Future
2007 Bowman Sterling Prospect
2007 Bowman Sterling Prospect w/ Jay Bruce
2008 SP Authentic (Sticker Auto and Jersey) #/999
2008 UD Premiere (Sticker Auto...variations) #/15, #/50, #/60

Personally I would get the earliest on-card certified auto that isn't Bowman. The speculators like bowman, but the prices don't really hold up. Maybe look at a certified Heritage auto of Votto, those retain value pretty well.

I saw a Heritage RC auto of Lindor, all I can say is wow! Price was astronomical.
