Help with silver plate plaque featuring medals

I got this plaque in the mail today...there are no maker markings to give a hint what it was used for...I speculate it may have hung in a jewelry store as samples of medals...Q. would anyone recognize any of the medals and know what company made them...

I could be wrong Carlton but my guess is that this could be a piece made by Weidlich bros as a salesman sample piece of some sort. On some of their trophies which had a generic lady liberty style figural they put a sport shield on the front, like on this football one I used to own. The shields are very similar.

I think Keith nailed it. It looks like a salesman's sample, with each individual example having a corresponding number for ordering purposes.

Beautiful piece and great pickup, Carlton! Cannot imagine that many of these have survived (especially in such beautiful condition).
