Here is a new variation of the Hooper W575-1. You would think they could do a bit better. The seller should have at least mentioned the issue, imo.

Must've skinned it and mounted it to the back of an E121. How did PSA miss that?

Actually, I think this is a W575-1 with an E121 series of 80 overprint on back.
