After 8+ years on the journey (began 4 years before I even started this thread) I'm down to the last 4 to get to 520. I've had a couple of close calls on some of these last 4 in auctions recently, and I am getting a little antsy to close this goal out. I'm going to add approximate prices I'd be willing to pay below, but would pay a little higher for something with nice eye appeal for the grade, and a little lower for worse eye appeal. Looking for the below graded (PSA or SGC), and preferably somewhere in the 2-3 range. Walter Johnson Portrait - Lajoie w/ Bat - Looking for the below in a nicer eye appeal PSA or SGC graded 1/1.5 (or possibly up to a 2 on the high end of my range below for the green Cobb). Cobb Portrait Green - O'Hara St. Louis - If you have anything that fits in these ranges that you'd be interested in selling, please let me know! |

Another bump, progress has been slow the past year, after almost 9 years, getting antsy and want to close this journey out.
Have bought a lot of cards off this board over the years, still looking for the following 4 cards: Walter Johnson Portrait Lajoie w/ Bat Cobb Green Portrait O'Hara St. Louis PSA or SGC graded Looking for a decent eye-appeal 1 or 1.5 on the Green Cobb and O'Hara, and then, anything in the 2-3 range on WaJo Portrait and Lajoie w/Bat. Not looking for a steal, anything close to market/recent comps and I'll take it! |
