For those who must have it PSA/DNA encapsulated: I would be willing to do $4500 Paypal FF and submit to PSA/DNA for 5 day turnaround. If it comes back unfavorable I will reimburse total purchase price.

Why wouldn't you get it encapsulated before selling? For an item of that dollar value, it seems like a no-brainer. As I'm sure you're aware "personal guarantees" don't go very far in this hobby...

I will if it doesn’t sell over the next couple days. Hate to pay $500 for someone to tell me what I all ready know. But, on the other hand, I won’t be selling it for $4k anymore either.
