Hard to tell without the back
 

but there is nothing glaring to me in what I see that screams "not good". Before I would bid or purchase I would definitely want to see the back. They exist finished and unfinished (gray back).

Just by the appearance it just looks cut off the sheet differently. I’m with Howard to get a pic of the back. There are quite a few of these “square cuts” out there. I have a couple Brooks’ in my collection with one blank back and the other has a finished back.

Mine is a finished back and has a light print line going thru sleeve near the elbow from top to bottom as the one from ebay does not have , could be the resolution and size of the image

Looks like centering differences to me. And the larger one is oversized
