Slit B

Anyone ever seen this on the border of a vintage card? How rare and or valued is this? Says Slit B in block letters

Each 132 card portion of a full 264 card Topps sheet has a slit assigned, either A or B. Sound like you have a miscut extending into the sheet's border.
