Recently discovered and cataloged T206 Jeff Pfeffer with the caption reading Chicaco. Current pop report shows only seven examples encapsulated. BVG 1.5-$450.00.

That's not "known as" Jeff, it's Francis. The grading company made the error.

I think "Big Jeff" was Francis' nickname.

Ed--As always, you are correct. His name was Francis Xavier "Big Jeff" Pfeffer. Good card, and good luck with the sale!
