Help me decipher this 1980 Topps Basketball miscut?
 

Well I didn't realize the strange cut on the right edge of the (or bottom edge if looking at horizontally) card until I had it in hand.
At first I thought it was a tilt. But the other edges do not match up. Could someone explain if this was common in the 1980 Topps Basketball issue? It's a wavy cut. Almost looks like someone took a hand scissor to it.
