Wasn’t paying close enough attention. It looks pretty shaky to me. I would be concerned and would probably pass on it if I were buying. I know he signed like crazy when the end was near, but there are so many others out there that are nice and smooth. The others not commenting should give a clue too. Could it be good, yes.
