Is it difficult to register your "Tax Exempt"
form,with Ebay?

Quite simple if you have documentation from your state and fill out appropriate resale certificate with Ebay.
What a deal for each state...making a fortune off of these Ebay sales....every buyer is assumed to be an end user.
