Ebay is running these frequently now. Likely to try to offset the impact of sales taxes.

I received another offer a week or so ago. That ended a long dry spell!
A good deal since I don't need to pay sales tax.:D

I’m hoping they do a 10% or 15% off deal. They usually do them around Christmas.

I usually get the ones that people mention on here but I did not get this one. Maybe just for a selective group of ebayers?

They're inconsistent. I have two IDs and usually only get them on one, although sometimes it's both.
