Brooklyn Dodgers photo album, unique!
4 Attachment(s)
One of a kind photo album documenting the August 12, 1956 trip to Ebbets Field by a group of Glendale (Queens) NY fans and merchants to see there beloved Bums.
There are 26 total photos, most still attached in the cardboard-covered photo album. There are a number of pictures of these fans, vendors, etc. in the stands. This is a great time capsule of neighborhood Dodgers fans in their second to last year, and Jackie's last year, in Brooklyn! There are also a few great pictures of the buses they took to the game, and the "Dodgers Symphony Band". No pictures of players. Five of the photos are detached from the perforation. Photos are approximately 5"x7 1/2". Very cool and singular item for the Brooklyn Dodgers collector. The "right" new owner will love it.:) $350 net to me, plus shipping |
If it is still available, I will take it, please.
