Mel Ott or Christy Mathewson?

I recently purchased a box of 2019 Topps Gallery. Fantastic cards, by the way. I pulled the Hall of Fame card of Mel Ott, but the photo looks a lot more like Christy Mathewson & not like Mel Ott at all in my opinion.

Thoughts?

In Topps' defense, both Christy Mathewson and Mel Ott played for the New York Giants, and Jim Palmer and Mike Boddicker both played for the Baltimore Orioles.
