A Commissioner's Thoughts on Baseball Cards
 

I found this while digging through a few boxes and thought it was neat enough to share. Back when I was pursuing my Masters' I was fortunate to be able to do a couple self-guided studies - one of them was "Alternate Investments" and I reached out to a few people (with very few responses) for the "Thesis"/Final Paper for the class. Here's a cool reply I received from the Commissioner's office signed by Bud Selig, I figured I would share (unfortunately, can't find what I asked him, exactly nor the paper at this time):
