Measures approximately 6"x 6 3/4" (whole), 3 3/4" x 4 3/4" (image)

Features early image of team owner/manager and future Yankees dynasty-builder Ed Barrow (HOF)

Originates from the estate of one of the players, and is from either 1902 (Eastern League champions) or 1903 (the two years he played on the team).

Barrow managed the Toronto team from 1900 through 1902. In 1903 he was the manager of the Detroit Tigers, so you can date this image to 1902.

Just to further drive this home, this photo is in the Ed Barrow biography by Daniel R. Levitt and it's attributed to 1902.
